Deep In The Heart Of Texas
Shorts, Vintage Wranglers/ Top, Nordstrom/ Vest, Thrifted Navajo Print/ Boots, Cavortress Vintage/ Sunnies, Betsey Johnson/ Jewelry, Rima Hyena crystal and leather necklace (rimahyenajewelry.com), vintage pieces including Jlinsnider cuff, turquoise ring from New Mexico
After a LONG roadtrip full of flat empty land and hay barrels, I was relieved to finally arrive in the great state of Texas. My relief eventually turned into excitement when I stumbled upon Style Station; an old gas station converted into a vintage store somewhere off I-35 between Dallas and Austin. The un-eventful beginnings of this day morphed into a great time, rummaging through piles and piles of vintage gems. The owner, although a candidate for the show Hoarders, was the sweetest old man with an array of stories to tell. Just a short hour and a half drive from Austin, I'll definitely be visiting his station of style again soon!
